Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $280,000 $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You ll Do
- Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care to a diverse patient population
- Manage gynecologic consultations from primary care providers and midwives
- Perform office-based gynecologic procedures and assist in minimally invasive surgeries
- Participate in obstetric deliveries, including VBACs, water births, and epidurals
- Maintain surgical volume with access to modern operating rooms
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and midwives
- Engage in evidence-based practice within a supportive community setting
- Contribute to a long-standing, stable practice committed to women s health
What You Need
- Valid Vermont medical license and current OB/GYN certification preferred
- At least 2 years of OB/GYN practice experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
