Requirements
- Updated CV ( No gaps above 30 days)
- NPDB Self Querry ( Must be pulled within 30 days)
- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
- Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
- DEA required
- ACLS, BLS
Credentialing

- Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file.
Pay on 1099: Orientation Rate: $100/hr Hourly Rate: $450/hr Night call rate: $550/Night 24 hr call Rate: $3500/day Gratis - 4 hours Call Back rate: $470/hr
Covering Travel + Lodging + Rentals + Malpractice.
