About the Role
Join an established, GYN practice in Scottsdale delivering care to patients ages 1880. Enjoy 1:1 MA support, zero hospital rounding, and a true work-life balance where everyone leaves on time. Open to experienced APPs and sharp, fast-learning new grads.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Primary Care: Specialized focus on comprehensive GYN care (annuals, breast exams, Pap smears, STDs/vaginal infections, hormone therapy, pelvic health, cancer diagnosis) alongside women's endocrine care, thyroid management, and GLP-1 therapy.
- In-office procedures: IUD/Nexplanon care, colposcopies, biopsies (vulvar/endometrial), SHGs, and pessary changes.
- Manage 1620 patients per day with dedicated 1:1 MA assistance.
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA-C license.
- Experience in Women Health is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated quick learner; Spanish language skills are a plus.
- US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
Schedule & Perks
- Hours: MonThu 7:30 AM 4:30 PM Fri 7:30 AM 2:30 PM (No regular call).
- Pay: $105K$110K (New Grads) $115K+ (Experienced) + 15% productivity bonus.
