We welcome physicians with Value-Based Care (VBC) experience as well as those eager to learn. Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Geriatric experience preferred HEDIS experience a plus Value-Based Care experience preferredbut not required; training provided Key Candidate Qualities Mission-driven and passionate about improving outcomes for older adults
