Job description
Central Valley California Multi-specialty group setting Ophthalmologist needed
- Ophthalmologist provider needed for permanent/full-time position.
- New service line being opened and chance to build from the ground up
- Can grow specific areas of interest and procedures
- CA licensed and BE/BC required
- Service area of 45,000+
- Multi-specialty group has 8 physicians, 2 podiatrists, plus 7 APP s and is a rural health clinic setting.
- Office schedule is Monday Friday from 8 am 5 pm. (open to full-time or part-time both)
- Base salary of $400,000(negotiable)
- 40% of net collections after base salary is covered
- Flexible scheduling with 1-2 days per week for surgery as the practice grows
- 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 CME days plus $2K annually for CME stipend. DEA and license renewals paid by clinic.
- Paid malpractice plus tail coverage paid by the clinic.

- Signing bonus and relocation bonuses are negotiable.
