Requirements
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Current Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain
- Interest in practicing General ENT full-time
- DEA required prior to start
- NPDB Self-Query Report pulled within 30 days
- License and disciplinary history required
- Clean malpractice and license history strongly preferred
