Urology Physician

This nationally recognized health system is expanding its Urology service line and seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join an established team of 3 Urologists and 3 APPs.

The practice operates with protected OR block time, Da Vinci XI robotics, and a sustainable call structure, built for a urologist who wants to do impactful work without the burnout.

The Position

• Practice structure: dedicated clinic days and protected OR block time.
• Team-based model: 3 Urologists supported by 3 experienced APPs.
• Sustainable workload: reasonable volumes with light, well-covered call.
• Technology: Da Vinci XI robotics, advanced imaging, Epic EMR.

The Package

• $100,000 student loan repayment.
• $45,000 sign-on and relocation assistance.
• 75th Percentile Earning Potential: Base Salary + wRVU.
