A state-of-the-art 25-bed critical access hospital in the heart of the Rocky Mountains near Steamboat Springs, Colorado is seeking a BE/BC General Surgeon for a part-time role in a supportive, low-volume environment.

Position Highlights
- 12 weeks of time off built in.
- 4-Day Work Week: 2 clinic days + 2 OR days per week (24 clinical hours; 32 hours with call).
- $480,000 base salary for 24-32 hours per week.
- $50,000 sign-on bonus.
- Benefits: $7,500 CME, full medical/dental/vision, and EPIC EMR support.
