- A successful practice is hiring in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina
- This group manages several Skilled Nursing Facilities
- Primary Care Physicians (PCP) can apply for this role
- Providers travel to a couple sites per day (never more than 4)
- Very minimal overnight call coverage
Compensation
- Highest compensation in the market for SNF work
- $250,000 base and potential to earn $300,000
- 20 days of PTO
- CME: 3 days off and $2,000 stipend
- $3,600 per year towards health insurance (3 plans to choose from)
- 401k with 3% match (max of $6,000)
- 100% coverage for employee's Dental
