Greenstaff Medical is looking for 1-3x American Board Certified (or soon will be) Rheumatologists to join a Private Practice in a suburban town of New Jersey that is in high-demand and close proximity to everything.
Practice Overview:
- 2 MDs + 3 NPs (historically 7 8 providers)
- 2,500 new patients/year
- Established, high-volume group with infusion services
Compensation
- $300K base + productivity model ( $380K threshold)
- Revenue share ( 50%) on collections above threshold
- Performance-based bonuses + annual evaluations
- Partnership track + additional infusion revenue upside
