We are looking for a dedicated clinician to join our 0.75 FTE team, providing vital acute and episodic care coverage at our Berlin, WI location. • Diverse Team Environment: Work closely within a dedicated 3-APC Walk-In Care team, while collaborating with a broader local provider network.
• Tech-Forward Practice: Fully integrated Epic EMR with DAX Copilot and Dragon dictation to maximize your efficiency.
• Patient Demographics: Must be comfortable and competent seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults.

• Hours & Rotation Details

  • Standard Hours: 8:00am 6:00pm
  • Weekend & Holiday Hours: 8:00am 2:00pm
  • Rotation Detail: Shared weekend and holiday rotations to cover the Berlin Walk-In Clinic (WIC), split across a combined group of 12 Family Medicine and WIC APCs.
