Join an FQHC with 15+ physicians and 6 sites are adding a Family Medicine physician in Indianapolis Suburbs. Opportunity Highlights Monday - Friday is strictly outpatient practice. Candidates can work a 4-day workweek. The group is looking for a candidate that is mission-driven and has a passion for serving the underserved. 1:12 phone call, call schedule. eClinicalWorks EMR A candidate with administrative interests would be preferred.
Financial Package $225K compensation + productivity incentive + comprehensive benefits (malpractice- no tail required, health, dental, 401-K with match, etc.) Up to $130K in production incentive. Financial potential $300K+ $25K Signing bonus Federal loan repayment is likely. HPSA score = 23. Up to $50K in assistance. Community/Location Great locations on the south side of Indianapolis.
