- Pay range $240-$310/hr
- Pay is negotiable depending on travel needs
- Both Hospital and Outpatient Setting
- Provider must be ok covering 4 different sites
- Will offer either 10 or 12hr shifts
- Must be willing to take a minimum of 5 shifts per month
