With OB Family Medicine Physician

An established healthcare team in northern Minnesota, about an hour north Duluth, is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician with surgical OB experience to join a growing, collaborative Family Medicine and OB/GYN team.

Position Highlights:

• 0.6 1.0 FTE opportunity with a strong mix of Family Medicine and OB
• Approximately 250 births annually
• Provide surgical OB care, including C-sections
• OB/GYN physicians available for C-section backup
• Join a collaborative team of Family Medicine physicians, APPs and OB/GYN specialists
• Remote fetal monitoring and Baby-Friendly hospital environment
• 24/7 nurse online triage and onsite chronic disease management support
• Multispecialty clinic with extensive specialty and ancillary services
• Adjacent 30-bed hospital with Level I Nursery, Level IV Trauma Center and certified Stroke Ready designation
• EPIC integrated throughout the healthcare system

Compensation & Benefits

• $345K+ salary
• Potential additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives and/or production-based compensation

Qualifications

• BC/BE Family Medicine Physician
• Surgical OB required, including C-section experience
• OB fellowship training is available through the organization
