What You'll Do
- Provide direct clinical care within a 24/7 multidisciplinary crisis residence program
- Help develop and refine clinical programming, policies, and procedures for a new model of care
- Collaborate with a broader behavioral health continuum to stabilize patients and support discharge planning
- Guide program development and clinical standards as the program grows
- Deliver structured, patient-centered psychiatric care in a supportive, team-based setting
What You'll Bring
- Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
- Active New York medical license
