ENT Delaware Capital Region StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 3-3.5 day in clinic and 1.5-2 days OR Pay Rate: $440000.00 - $765000.00 ENTPhysician Delaware Capital Region Position Overview A leading not-for-profit health system serving one of the fastest-growing regions in the Mid-Atlantic is seeking two Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologists to join its established and expanding ENT service line.

This opportunity offers the ability to build a busy practice quickly while benefiting from strong clinical support, modern facilities, and an employed practice model. Position Highlights Bread-and-butter ENT with the ability to develop subspecialty interests Opportunity to dedicate up to 50% of practice to areas of interest, including Rhinology and Head &Neck Surgery Strong regional referral network comprised of 450+ physicians and 200+ APPs Significant patient population of 500,000+ people Dedicated Physician Assistant, Audiology, RN, LPN, and Medical Assistant support Purpose-built ENT clinic space with 10 exam rooms, Stroboscopic technology and EPIC 1:5 call rotation Compensation &
